Got the ball rolling

Hello fellow builders and friends. We are Loretta and John and have just purchased a block of land at "Camden Acres" Elderslie. We chose this block as it was one of the last two remaining blocks which overlooked the golf course.

Today we paid our deposit for tender, initial drawings and engineer's report. We have chosen Cavalier Homes Macarthur for the job. The house design is The Jenmark - two storey with front verandah and upstairs balcony to take in the views of Studley Park Golf Course.
We will post floor plan etc asap.
